I know that is now down to the OR as to whether or not it is advertised.

You may find that you were ok.

As to your partner, it would depend on the career as to whether or not BR would affect any changes.

BR can affect some careers - depends on the role and the T&C's of employment.

I can understand the worries of BR being "advertised"...with us, I don't know if it reached the local paper, we didn't see it and no-one ever mentioned it.
