scary time face my debts and leave the husband
then i think im sorting mysef out, get my debts sorted so i can pay them and have something of my own a little house with me and the kids :)
reality then hits can i do that?

It is a scary time, but you have faced up to your problems and know what you must do.

Take it one step at a time and you can do anything. Kids dont stay kids for long so dont waste time being unhappy.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

what about furnishing your new home? yes it is a lot to take on especially with 2 kids i do hope you sort it out

You can always try a debt management plan, or, as a last result, bankruptcy.

Why don't you give an IP like Melanie Giles a ring in the morning?

She would discuss all you options with you and point you in the direction of the path that is right for you.

i know you are saying what everyone says about BR that small message in the paper puts many off but read skippys blog on this forum you could be free of this debt in less than 3 years and starting a fresh with your kids

i wont be leaving the house without furniture trust me, yes carpets id have to sort but furniture no way he has more than enough to share

i dont see how ringing someone will sort it, i dont know how much i will have to pay out until i move into my own place, dont want hubby to have to remortgage coz i know he wont be able to afford it
got to sort everything out, just asking for a little advise :)

think a visit to the local housing is needed first see how long the waiting list is for my area, dont really want to move kids into different schools etc

this is what im saying i cant really ring for advise when i dont know exactly how much i will need to pay out in household bills, trust me as soon as i know i will ring someone want this sorting asap
