Hi dlovesg following on from yesterday, We were with Freeman Jones. Finished paying but haven't completed yet, it will be interesting to see how long that takes as I've read quite a few posts about how long some people are having to wait.
I'm going through my IVA alone and finding this forum was/is a great relief. Having spent almost 10 years battling with debts, the IVA has given me a goal of being debt free in another 4/5 years time. The only people who can see any difference from the outside are my estranged children who don't get almost eveything they ask for, which is probably a good thing!

To debt tired - you do need to discuss the possibility of a full and final settlement with us, as the IVA would be better presented in that format, rather than varying an existing arrangement which is in its very early stages.
