Make a coffee, have a few biscuits, and a few tissues to hand - some of the blogs have been written from the heart and are tear jerking - but if you read them from the first post and move through the journey they do make sense and you do get to feel the sense of relief and positivity that comes from being in an IVA. Up and down times had by all along the way - but you do become more focused and able to deal with whatever is thrown at you !
