Andy

I think that to have a meeting once every month is a little too often. Especially during the summer months.

Do you feel that once every couple of months is more sensible, and then should we agree on six venues per year which I would suggest as London, South Coast, West Country and Wales, Midlands, North West and North East.

If this is the right geography - then the only venue which has not yet been covered is the North East, but I think that this should encompass Yorkshire, Co Durham and Northumberland - so perhaps Leeds or York might be a suitable venue?

It is my turn to host the next one, so I will go with the flow depending where the interest comes from.

Oh I live on the Lincs/Cambs border, kandh lives very close to me too, not sure of where other members live but if it would be worthwhile somewhere close to our region would be good.

I have never been to the Frugal Friends but would like to- and to meet people from here and share experiences.
For purely selfish reasons I would like one of the meetings to be in London- though having said that if there is one in York which coincides with my visits to my elderly mum I could make one there too! Hey maybe I could get to 2 a year!

I'm not from the Midlands but I'd like to go as I couldn't get to Birmingham in March and it would be good to meet everyone
