Hi, we had our annual review with creditfix in june 2015. We filled out the I&E and and emailed it with bank statements and wageslips. Both my husband and I had a payrise. I believe it was the first review with creditfix after transferring from pjg. I have not heard anything since. I always had a smooth review with pjg and would receive a statement and any increase in payments would be amended by myself.I'm getting extremely worried as my next review will be send around may time and I still haven't had any news on my last one.I'm coming up to my 4th year. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou!

If it were me I would give them a call to enquire and register the conversation to show you have enquired.

You should receive an annual report showing the breakdown of paymentss made to date and they these have been dispersed etc. It should also outline the change in I&E and any new payment details ... i wouldn't leave it especially as you are aware you both had pay rises and the likelihood is you should be paying a little more.

Let us know how you get on.

Push - they seem to work on who shouts the loudest which is a pity because they seem to be better than they actually demonstrate.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

I agree it's 'he who shouts loudest', not right but sometimes necessary, push them for the result of your previous review.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Have you been receiving you annual reports? They should mention the review and (presumably) confirm that the contributions were to stay at the same level so have a look at these in the first instance.

They have been sending out annual reports but the box linked to i&e review is not ticked.

Additionally some of us received 2 annual reports last year.

If the debtor has sent all the information in I don't see how the IP can retrospectively revisit this after over a year has passed.

They aren't even consistently asking people to submit new i&e.

Not received anything from creditfix. The last annual report I had was in Sept 2014 from pjg. I still have corresponding emails I sent from the last i&e documents I sent but not heard anything since.I also forwarded a copy of my new contract as I had increased my hours at work.

Keep evidence of submitting all the information to them.

The correct answer should be yes but given it sounds that some firms are dilatory in doing these I&E reviews who knows...!
