I'll be spending most of it on me, but I might slip something in the basket for mum! It'll be nice to have some 'girlie time' as well!

What do you like reading DD? I like crime novels, biographies, and true life, so I suppose anything really. I've just read a couple of particularly gruesome crime novels, and now I'm going to start one about Auschwitz - I'll probably cry my eyes out all the way through it but I'll persevere.

Yep, I'll have a look at your blog and let you know!

I'll be watching Eurovision tonight - what do you think of our entry? I think it's absolute rubbish, so it could have a good chance of winning!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Yes, the worst the act the more people vote for it. lol Scooch, well they stand a good chance of winning. Better than last year's winner, Lordi. When I saw them last year performing all I could say was, '' Lordy, Lordy, Lordy....what IS this?'' lol

In books I prefer Elizabeth George and autobiographies and good fiction.

DD, your blog is excellent! It makes perfect sense and I think you should definitely get the next blog of the month! Seriously, that will help anyone who is in dire financial straits.

I've never read anything by Elizabeth George but I've just googled her and I might have to try one of her books!

Skippy, her books are brilliant. She's the person behind the Inspector Linley television programme. Inspector Linley is one of the characters in her books. She has more twists and turns in her plots than a snake has moves(smile). Thank you for critiquing. Much appreciated.

AND Serbia won the Eurovision contest. Can you believe that? It was a cr*p song. I kind of liked swivel hips Spain myself. Ha!
