hi everyone once again thanks for your valuable support, well its not good news i am afraid, niece went to the council this morning and she felt they were looking down on here, explained the situation so they asked for the eviction notice, she explained that she didn't have it as the property was not in her name, said well we cannot do anything for you because you have no proof, she said they wouldn't give me anything because the house was in hubbies name, said sorry until you prove the eviction we cannot help you one thing lead to another and my niece ended up in tears and walked out, my sister in law stayed and talked to the woman and said she knew nothing about this, she has 2 kids and is at present living in a borrowed tent on a campsite with no clothes all her belongings are in the house, said again sorry until proof is given we cannot help.
she is in a terrible state at the mo, she is trying to get in contact with the hubby who appears to have disappeared as she needs to get access also within 14 days to get her belongings,as that is all the time they give you, so rainbow if you are there any advice would be grateful, i told her to go back tomorrow and sit there and say i have nowhere else to go what should i do, you have to help me, she has an appointment with the social as well tomorrow to arrange to see what she is entitled too!!
hubby and i are trying to get up there by the weekend to see what help we can be but really there is nothing we can do until she is able to get in the house and get her stuff, we are worried now she is going to go back into severe depression, as she is in such a bad state today.
thanks everyone i have told her about the forum and the support, sister in law is very grateful for all the help being put forward, so as usual will keep you updated.
