I can sympathise with the nightmares, getting them myself, the icing on the cake was one I had the other night which involved my first ex-husband and he was wearing a white shell suit with logos all over it with the name of my ip company and he kept knocking at my front door!!!!! NIGHTMARE!!

I cannot say that I am sleeping too much right now, around 5 hours in 4 nights but when I do my nightmare is that I am tiny, I mean really tiny like and insect and I keep shouting up at all the big people who are going to tread on me, but they dont hear however much I try to communicate or however loud I shout. Hang on, ... maybe thats the reality, sure as hell feels like it.

Have any of you tried Valerian Root?!! It is a natural root which can be bought in tea form from health shops and supposedly helps you get to relax and have a restful nights sleep. Worth a try?!!

take it easy and remember that the debtors want to recuperate some money from you and an iva is the best way for this as bankrupcy is expensive and can mean that the debtors get no return. of course, it depends on your situation and on any assets that you may have that. make a good offer that you can stick to and if you have a good debt management firm processing this for you, it should go well. be positive and best of luck

I agree with Kerri. Bankruptcy should never be ruled out as it is the only solution for some people. A lot of people on here have tried everything else and BR is the only way forward for them.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

As I understand it bankruptcy is expensive for the CREDITORS as they lose a lot more than they would have gained via a DMP or IVA, that's where the incentive for them lies to vote FOR it ... I suspect that is what Jackofdiamonds meant?

Hi
I agree,I think J.O.D was referring to bankruptcy being expensive in terms of professional fees and less returned to creditors.

It also costs thousands of pounds for a creditor to make a debtor BR.
