Is that true Lily? If my F&F doesn't satisfy my creditor who I suspect is going to pursue me even after the offer is made and accepted by all the other creditors (I will have an ongoing liability to him) my intention was to petition for my bankruptcy to clear the liability (lease). However from what you say it would be better to hang on in there for him to do it as it would likely cost him more? Or could he just keep putting a charge on my house? Not that there's very much equity left in it now!

Soulgrowth

Its true that creditors will pay thousands of pounds to file for your BR. They will only do so if there are thousands of pounds in your estate for them to nab.

I do not know about the charge orders though.

Good luck with the F and F.

Hi soull growth
I would think that he will continue to put a charging order on your house as he has done that before.
I would petition your own bankruptcy so that you can move on.
