I'm the fittest I have been for a long time. Yesterday I walked the dogs for about 3 miles in total, did the housework, washed and ironed and did over an hour on the Wii.

I am flagging a bit today though![:D]

Jan! calm down it makes me tired reading it lol x only joking, so glad you feel fitter than you have for a long time.

One day I'll join you but for today I'm off shopping with HRH as she's got 6th form open day on Wednesday and needs some clothes.

She's got money which is good, in fact her boss yesterday asked her if she wants to increase her hours she normally works 9-4 on a Saturday in the beauty salon but now wants to know if she wants to work 5-8pm on a Wednesday in the hair salon, washing hair, sweeping up, making drinks, answering phone and booking appts etc., plus working the till. She said she will do it but she is very aware it's almost GCSE's so will have to give it up if she feels she can't cope as she does work on coursework most evenings and tends to do everything Mon-Thurs as likes Friday and Saturdays to be her and b/f.

If you'd have told me 12 months ago I'd be like this, I would have laughed!

Good news that her boss thinks highly enough of her to offer her extra hours. I'm sure she can fit that round her studies.

Enjoy the shopping![:D]

Well I've just done 30 minutes on the Wii Fit and it's nearly killed me! It's the first time I've been on it for about 2 weeks and I could really feel it - I think I'll be breaking myself in gently!

I've sold my Biggest Loser game on Ebay as I couldn't see me ever using it!

It took me a while to get into it Skip, I'll persevere with it but wouldn't recommend it. I think there are better "personal trainer " type games out there.

I enjoy the hula hoop and step on wii fit...although dread to think what I look like doing them! [:D]

I'm not very good with the step as I've got no co-ordination! I'm getting better at hula hoop though, which isn't difficult compared to my first go!

I was rubbish when I first did it, but find it no problem now.

I'm so glad you're all enjoying the games on the wii, once you've bought the console and game(s) it shows you can get hours of pleasure from it.

Has anyone tried "just dance" ..I think thats what its called [:I] I'm borrowing it later, apparently you follow dance moves from a variety of songs, FAME being one of them. Its supposed to be great fun as well as keeping fit.

So I'll be donning my leotard and legwarmers and giving it a go! [:D][:D]

No chance of me doing anything like that! I can just about do the beginner boxing and the advanced step without going wrong - no way could I do dance!
