I think the wii is great fun, it gets all the family involved. Hubby is obsessed with golf game..you wouldn't believe how seriously he takes it [:D]

I'm useless at the baseball and skijump on wii fit! The little ones are far better than me on it [:I]

Don't do the golf at all. I love doing the Wii fit and will have a go at some of the others as long as I am on my own!

I usually end up as a giant snowball on the ski jump!

I love the cow racing Julie. Must admit the Betster gets more enjoyment out of it at the minute and I'm off now to have a look at ebay and try and find some money, won't be yet I'm afraid, it's my Mum's 70th next week so a trip to Manchester is planned and I know it's only diesel I've got to buy but I've got to find that money first, my Mum doesn't know we're going, we're doing it as a surprise for her. It's also a year since my brother passed away so it will be a nice surprise to have the family together for the weekend.

I can't believe it's been 12 months since he died Lesley.

Your mum will love her surprise.

Thanks Jan, she's been on the phone waking me this morning at 7.30am wanting to talk which is ok I don't mind but I'm not in work till 1pm and didn't go bed till 3am but eh ho, I've survived on less sleep.

I'm looking forward to the weekend, there will be some sad moments but all in all I'm hoping it makes her happy.

To go back to the wii, I've finally got around to taking mine out the cupboard, it's now set up again in the room and I plan on using it for a little while at least before I go to work!

I'm busying myself doing my I&E at the minute to go away this week and looking at our income and expenditure it's becoming evident on paper why we're struggling so much! I'll send it in and take advice from Melanie but it's not pretty reading.

It will be a bitter sweet weekend, but I'm glad she was happy with you talking to her this morning.

We played bowling and did the archery last night. I shall be on the Wii fit shortly. I'm still warming up after being out with the dogs.

Bitter sweet weekend I like that Jan, thank you for that x

Well I've done my wii fit! put 6lb on since the last time I went on it 186 days ago! shame on me! Well it's out now so hopefully if I leave it out I'll do it more regular, can't promise everyday as I can't commit that much time but will try for at least 2 or 3 times a week did 31 mins this morning and I enjoyed it.

I don't do it every day, but I do tend to be on it for over an hour when I am.

I think that 6lbs in that length of time is good!

You have to start off slowly and build the time up.

I take it you are feeling much better today?

I feel fine today Jan, I've had a coffee already and have got the kettle on for another, I think the nightmare headache was caused by coming off coffee so quickly as the headache almost gone now.

I'll leave it until this evening to eat though.

Glad you are feeling better. I drink decaff now, so have no problem with coffee.

I think I would eat before the evening though. Not good to go all day without food.

Oh I haven't eaten since Saturday night Jan, I will do but I take a sandwich to work today and have that between 4.30 and 5.30pm, I'm just a wimp.

I'm also sat here looking at the mountain of washing I've created, only because I'm paranoid it's harbouring some bug! I've changed sheets/quilt cover everyday and all my clothes every day have gone into wash as have hubby's too!

I'll be fine tomorrow when it's all clean and sanitised again as I honestly feel fine.
