My wii fit age was something like 36 and I'm 48 very soon! Mind I bet it's gone up again now as it's not been out of cupboard and dusted off in ages, I'll get it out this weekend, as it's back to work for me today and the start of sensible eating.

You're lucky - I'm an old git and I've never been fitter!

I have to get my own now as daughter has taken hers away again!

Wouldn't say that now Jan, it was when I used it regularly, not been out to see the light of day in months but I do keep threatening to remove it from the cupboard!

I have got to get one - I have no access to one once daughter has gone to boyfriends. It is much better than trying to exercise in a cold garage looking at a brick wall!

We didn't get the Wii Fit out today, but Dave thrashed me at bowling and power boating tonight - I really need some practice!

I still ache from the Wii Fit last night!

Funnily enough, I didn't ache at all.

Show off Jan!

I think most of my aching is to do with the hula hoop and the bird challenge - I spent a long time flapping my arms around trying to land on a target and failing miserably!

Didn't do the bird challenge, did the baseball, bowling, jogging and ski jump.

The bird challenge made me look as if I'd lost the plot completely!

I can imagine! I had a chuckle when the girl at work told me about it! No way would I do that in public.

I tried the biggest loser on the wii today....I managed a warm up and half a challenge! Must do better!!

You have a personal trainer and set your goals over a chosen period. I love watching the programme on Sky so hopefully I'll stick with it.

Saving up for our own Wii at the moment.
