That is an important document, as it confirms exactly what creditors said at your meeting and demanded, so chase the IP while the momentum is there and they are co-operating.

It shouldn,t have to be like that should it Melanie ?? These are profesionally licensed people dealing with peoples quality of life.

Agreed - you got me there!

Seriously, Kerri has had an awful time - with no IVA at the end of it and is therefore still left with some uncertainty. She must consider making a formal complaint about the poor level of service she appears to have been afforded on this occasion.

Are you coming to the debate on Thursday - would be great to put a face to a name?
