Are you saying that no-one has advised you whether your IVA has been accepted or not? If it has been accepted, and you agreed any creditor modifications at the time with the IP, I cannot see any reason why they would need to contact you again. What are you expecting them to contact you about?

If you have not been advised of who is now dealing with your case, then I would have thought this ought to have been done. Give them a call and find out who your point of contact is.

Hi Tinytori
They say in the next few days but i just rang and they checked and put me through to the right person. I think they are pretty busy, just ask who is your ac manager now and they should put you in touch you will then have a direct no for them but they wont ring unless there is a problem.
