We have to move down south and need to sell our house. It has been valued at £150,000, we owe the mortgage £149,00. We will be renting down south.
We are in an IVA and not sure what to do? either give the keys back to the building soictey, go bankrupt as there's no equity, can someone give me some advise,

Many Thanks

Have a word with your ip as you won't be able to sell without their permission anyway. They might allow you a payment break while you sort things out.
