Hello Andy,

One solicitor I know who has been involved in this type of work tells me the majority of people who have approached him are in some way over-indebted (though whether or not they are insolvent may be a different matter).

He's stopped taking on new cases by the way as he feels the prospects of getting a positive result are diminishing.

I think it will be closed sooner rather than later.
