I am at the end of my IVA, I paid what I think was my last payment at the end of July. I have asked Creditfix to confirm this but as usual I have had no reply.
Do I simply stop paying and wait for the completion certificate? What is the best course of action? As far as I am aware I have fulfilled all my obligations.

If there are no equity issues stop any standing order but keep some of the money set aside just in case.
It is harder to claim money back that has been overpaid than pay money that has been underpaid.
Keep pushing them at every stage.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Thanks, that's the other issue. I sent them all of the equity info in January/February and they said someone would be in touch but no one ever was. I calculated there was not quite enough equity for me to have to pay anything though. It is just annoying. Should I have to do a final I&E?

I&E - yes.
I'm afraid its a matter of playing them at their own game.
Unfortunately they are really bad at communication but it appears that they make good decisions when push comes to shove.

Ok that's good to know. I didn't want to upset somebody and they then make a decision that isn't what I want!
I thought the I&E was for the year going forwards though?

Apparently a final income review is done at the end of year 5 just to make sure that everything has been captured.
Will be a bit of a pain if you were transferred to them from another company.

Ah right ok. Well our income has changed slightly, mine has gone up as I changed jobs but my partner has had a baby so left her job. Not entitled to maternity either as only part time and hadn't worked enough hours. My job isn't permanent though I am only contracted until the end of September. Will this make much difference?

I don't know - depends on how sensible or pragmatic they are.
They may just want your off their books so just push things through.
