Morning all
Just wondered if anyone was in the same boat as me being waiting over 2 months for a opt out letter for PPI and about 4 weeks for a opt out letter regarding the Bank charges
Emailed GT customer service a few times and both times being told a letter is in the post. I have had no phone calls so can only assume my details have being taken off but no letter yet.
Is this a biggy if i dont get one ??

I have been waiting a month for the opt out letter.

I found the best way to nip it all in the bud was to write my own letters to the banks and card companies. This way it stops the phone calls off EIC or GT and you cannot be accused of being in breach of your IVA by failing to take steps to recoup an asset which could benefit your IVA..

At least your IP is giving you the chance to sign an opt out letter although they are letting themselves down with the delay in issuing of said letter.
7 years after starting an IVA I finally received a completion certificate from ClearDebt
