I think when your iva is allmost complete and there maybe still a few months wait for the CC, you can't wait for it to be all finalised, you may become impatient or annoyed or worse that you have to wait for the end to come, i think thats a small price to pay, to how it was before starting the IVA, when you may have been filled with worry, desperation and anguish, because the creditors were harrasing you with there phone calls, letters and sometimes a bang on the door, that would fill you with dread, then when the IVA proposal was accepted, peace, bliss and tranquility, well it seems like it now looking back over the years. I hope everyone waiting for there Completion Certificates receives them very soon without to much bother.

Regards David.

My issue was kind of similar.

Last year, I was told that, within 6 months from last payment, 1st March 2012, everything would had been closed and receive my certificate of discharge. I was giving an ETA of September 2012.

I have emailed lots of time and called in and always I was getting told that I was in final closure. Anytime, with some different answers why the closure did not arrive yet. Back in December I have received an email saying that the IVA could not be closed because of the creditors allocation and this coul had been done only in January due to the system that they have picked up from Blair and Endersby.

Meanwhile, In November 2012, they have passed my info to a third party company to investigate possible PPIs. Nobody has informed me that this would had delayed the closure of my IVA. if anybody would had told me so, at that stage, I would had not authorized the PPIs investigation and carry on with the closure.

I just keep receiving emails, since then, of apologies without a real explanation of what is going. It is almost March now, a year after my last Payment and my IVA has not been closed and the moment this will maybe happen I will be ending up in my 7 th year.

My original contract was signed with Blair and Endersby and nobody has ever talked to me about this nonsenses PPIs except in the last 3 months. their customer service team keeps says to me the same thing and at the beginning of the month I was told that there would had been an investigation with regarding so however still silence. Now I am sure that at the beginning of March I will receive another apologetic email with the same "crap".

Part of my payment has huge fee paid to the Insolvency Practioner, that has never contacted me to talk to me, and it is really unfair with this horrible service. they have taken all those money and still my life cannot carry on in a normal way to start to rebuilt my credit histroy. I want start my life in a normal way, be clear from that period of my life.

I have yesterday sent to them an official complaint and if no reply and closure within March I will take it to the FSA.
