do northern rock object to an iva if the loan isnt 12 months old

Hi pnn
Im afraid to say they did the first time my ip submitted my proposal stateing that the unsecured loan had to run for 12 calender months,that apparantley is part of there criteria,but companys are changeing there rules all the time so dont quote me im sure an expert will advise

Not necessarily, but they will look at the overall circumstances of your case in making their decision. There is a general desire to see at least half of the debt being repaid, but they will view cases on their own merit - so just make sure you are making the very best offer you can afford and keep your fingers crossed.
