Ive submitted my facts and figures to melanies team last week and Im hoping her team can support my proposal.

NR have about 55% of my total debt but i believe i can offer them a good return.

Since posting my despair last week after being knocked back by payplan for the time beeing I have had 3 other people who have said they will be my nominee ( in touch via this website even with the dreaded NR!!)

Id prefer Melanies team going by all the feedback on here, but well see this week.beggars cant be choosers!

chin up

I have actually had some very possitive feedback about NR in the last week. So fingers crossed for you, keep us posted.

I have been speaking to a former work colleague who has told me that they recently (last week) had three IVA's approved were NR were majority creditor.

I dont know if this is a direct result from the new protocol or if NR have changed there attitude towards VA's.

I remain open minded and i am sure time will tell

Wouldnt it be good if they have changed policies?
You kind of get the "cringe factor" when anybody on the forum mentions NR.
Lets hope its a bit of welcome news for anybody hoping to have an IVA accepted.
Personally we have never had dealings with them so we never critisize and there is always 2 sides to a coin.

And they have never stopped accepting IVA proposals in my experience, although their acceptance criteria has toughened over the last year.

Anais

Sorry but we cannot trace your details as having been received, and I am just concerned that you may think we are ignoring you.

If you do want to submit again, we will be happy to provide assistance to you.

Hi

I think Tina has been dealing with them and I sent her a fax on Monday with updated I&E and exact debt figures. Maybe the name has confused you as its Andrew not anais that I post under!! Tina did say I would get a call back Tuesday but dont think she made it. No worries though as im sure there are more urgent cases than mine.

thanks for having the thought to look me up though.

kind regards
