Beechy -

When you have made more posts you will cease to be a "campaigner" and move up to the next level!!I am not sure of the exact number!!
47 months completed - 13 months to go.

To the question regarding the together product from Northern Rock. The answer is yes you can, but your interest on the unsecured loan shoots up after redemption of your Northern Rock Mortgage - you would be best advised to read all the small print and speak to Northern Rock about the increase in the Interest rate.

To - CAKnight

Are you saying that your IP deliberately left out the unsecured element of your NR together package from your IVA and that you are continuing to pay this to NR as part of your mortgage payment? And that this was done simply to get the IVA accepted?

I think you have done a previous posting relating to this.

Mem jogger; there was also a problem with the car allowace being included as part of the salary

I could be wrong as I have read so much recently,

Yes Dave - I was getting deja vu as well when I read this. And if I am right I thought it was as appalling then as I do now! This sort of thing needs to be stopped in our profession, and it really makes my blood boil.

Could not agree more.

It looks like the NR was excluded just to get it through, and to compound that the salary was not indicated at the correct amount, there by "making it fit"
