Can someone please advise.Ive been with payplan just over 5 years,so in final year.They ignore emails,phone calls.I just feel this iva wont finish.On top of that i have just spent 2 weeks in hospital with a brain haemorage,so i will be off work(unpaid)recovering.I have a mortgage and family and worry for them regarding house etc.I have done no wrong,but not getting support from payplan.

All I can suggest is that you lodge a formal complaint, but I doubt this is what you want to expend your energies on at this particular time, when you should be recovering.
I am afraid that Payplan has way too many clients for the IP to handle effectively and is also undergoing restructuring itself and losing half of it's workforce. Whilst this should not impact on the clientele it will.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
