I filled all my forms out for the National Debt line & posted them back in a pre paid envelope a week last Tuesday. Because i haven't heard anything i thought i should give them a call last night & check they had everything they needed to get things going. They said that nothing had been updated on the system but that didn't mean they hadn't got the file back but could i ring back today so they could look innto it further. I rang this afternoon to be told no they have not got my details so they will send me another pack out to fill in [:(] I know it isn't their fault but it has made me really fed up as it took me ages to fill all the details in & i am no further on than i was nearly two weeks ago. I have since spoken to a very helpful lady who works for Melanie Giles & she is going to give me a call on Monday evening to see if they can help me move forwards with a iva proposal.

Steve.

Annoying as I bet the paperwork is sat there.

I would speak to Mel's rep and see how you feel after that.

You wont go far wrong with Melanie's team. I'm with them and it's been first class all the way. Plus if you can scan and email you can send in most of whats needed that way instead of posting.

The lady i spoke to said i would be able to scan & email most of what they need which is much better - as silly as it seems i am quite looking forward to the call.

Hi Steve

I am delighted that we have been able to help you, and that you want us to act for you. Was it Tina or Kelly you spoke to today?

If you need advice prior to Monday, I am more than happy to speak to you myself over the weekend. Let me know, and if not I am sure we will speak soon.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner
