Hellish day at work, get a voicemail, it's BE. Some problem with direct debit details. Get home, open letter and it's an arrears notice. What ***k ? I have in my hand a letter stating that my payments are due to start on 1st August. I am getting arrears letters from my IP and i have just started on my way back to being debt free. #13;#10;What kind of w****r am i being taken for ? I thought i had began to leave all that crap behind me. They snoop around on this forum, bleeting on about improving this that and the other, blah blah f*****g blah, rarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!!!! #13;#10;#13;#10;I am so f*****g annoyed, think Nikki of Big Brother, rarrrrrrrrrrrrr !!! How on earth am i to feel confident with an IP who f**k's up right from the beginning. I want to pay my debts off right now, i spilled my guts, held my head up and took control. I am quite prepared to continue to take enough control and stomp right down the road to BR.I have people to look after and a degree to study in doing such. I can't be doing with this crap.As far as i'm concerned, from next month, i make my payments, i live on the rest and keep my head in my books, and my hands on poorly people. That's it.#13;#10;#13;#10;Anymore crap and i will go BR.No f****r will get anything and i don't care anymore. And another sweeeeeeeeeeet bit of news, i get a letter from one of my creditors stating they are closing all branches and are concentrating on their business customers, however i can continue to make payments to my loan account as per usual, Ha ha ha. Tough s**t. I'm in an IVA, kiss my arse. I just want to work, study, care for others and pay off my debts, is that too much to ask. I did ring BE and sort of sorted something out. I say no more, but couldn't understand a b***** word. Sorry for the rant guys.I want some peace is all#13;#10;

I've had a glass of that Sainsbury's basics red wine, not half bad, bit acidic but at a couple of squid, a bit of air to it and it will be quaffable. I'm much calmer now. What a pain in the bum though, an arrears letter before i was even due to start making payments, oh i tell thee. Been wound up all day.I hope this is just a blip at the beginning kind of thing with BE and not some new nightmare journey where i will end up having to sell a kidney or something, amazing thunderstorm we have just had here in sarf london ! over in a well, flash.

Quark, I'm glad you've calmed down a bit from your first post! Amazing how a glass of wine (cheap or not) can do that!

Hopefully, after you have spoken to your IP, it will all be sorted out.

I do empathise with you but as I'm not a swearer found it hard to read even with the **** and didn't get to the end.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I am sure you felt much better afterwards! At least we can rant on here and let off steam!

Glad you are feeling better anyway!

I was annoyed, now i'm chilled right out.I know what to do if things become too much in the future and thanks to this forum i have nothing to fear no matter what.

Quark I understand your frustration and I do sympathise but that's no excuse for using up the forum's supply of stars!! I'm sure you didn't mean to offend but please think before posting.
I'm glad you've now calmed down though [:)]

Well quark.

For what its worth, it really made me laugh, sorry guys but it did. If you feel that way, are you sure an IVA is for you? Sometimes a good rant helps. If you feel that BR is the better option, go for it. They shouldnt snoop, I know they do, so do creditors I think. I guess its free for all, whatever the motives are.

Glad youre feeling better, Aldi's do some good pop too. Everything seems so much better looking through the bottom of a glass of something.

Good luck quark, dont let the swines get you down.
