Hello...me again....getting ever so much more cranky and stressy as Monday approaches.. keep reading and rereading my paperwork.. I've discovered that the original dividend went from 35 p to 47 p due to the 12 month nram extension of payments... So my f and f gives them actually 46 p in £ so actually 1p less. Is it still good as it very close to dividend? they asked me to pay 27686 and with f and f I'll have paid 29078. It's baffled my head

There will be no problem with that - I know it is stressful but please don't let it bother you too much!

Your offer sounds more than fair but is dependent on TiX to vote. They can vote at the last minute but usually will vote at least one day before the meeting. Ring your IP and perhaps they have the votes in already and you can relax rather than sweat over the weekend.

Why not. We have a dedicated variation team and the votes are logged as soon as they come in. Even if only some votes are in it would give you an idea of how things are progressing and possibly a bit more confidence. Hopefully they can give you an update.

When Payplan did mine - admittedly a few years ago now - they wouldn't tell me in advance in case somebody hadn't voted.

They can tell you how creditors have voted to date but point out that this could change before the meeting. It is only an indication of how creditors are thinking and not set in stone. We do it all the time if asked but the clients are aware that things can change up to the time of the meeting.

Some creditors put in modifications at the time of the variation and the clients have to agree to these just like the first meeting. We will often send any modifications to our clients before the actual meeting so if there are issues they can be resolved as soon as possible.

As long as the client knows that you are only giving them the current situation it is fine.
