Having re-read this I would agree with Melanie that the variation ought still to be supported by the Supervisor. Depending on what happens a report ought to go out to the creditors telling them of the problem, getting discretion from the creditors to admit the claim if it turns out to be valid, and agreeing the deal on the sum of money, rather than a percentage, which itself is now a moving target.

Until a Certificate of Termination is issued your IVA is not dead. The fact that the Supervisor has instructed solicitors to try to sort it out seems a positive step to me.

Oh, and Yes - I do confess to seeing the Tiller Girls on "Sunday Night at the London Palladium". I was much younger then and so, by the way, was Bruce Forsyth!

I phoned Mccambridge Duffy earlier this morning ... and, guess what, there is no one available to speak to me! A familiar story on this Forum.
