I have just started the ball rolling- was advised to open a basic account. Went in and they opened a current account which was not their most basic. Will this matter? I asked for no overdraft but they are sending a cheque book- cheers Nicky

Have you started to get an IVA proposed?? Just check that your IP is happy with the account and you will be fine.Make sure the overdraft is removed.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.
