Hi there, im sorry for asking so many things ! I have just contacted FJ regarding my f&f offer of £3000, she was very unhelpful indeed, since starting my iva I have been passed from pillar to post with different people acting as my IP. the woman would not put me forward to my own IP when i finally found out who it was again, she just kept saying ' is it anything i can help you with', so i explained my circumstances that due to family issues in turkey, we have to leave the country and go there where i wont be able to work. She practically said that £3000 is very very low and unlikely to be accepted ! she was not helpful at all, she said they would need to take into account additional monies, equity, extension of iva term and assets ! our original contributions over the term would have amount to just over £14000, so far we have paid over £10000 pounds, over the last few months, our contributions have increased from £290 pm to £492 per month due to an increase in my wages, but due to the circumstances i will soon be out of work. we can continue our contributions until May or June this year, we have 20 months left in the IVA. please i need some advice, i really dont know what to do, and if anything was to happen to my husbands parents while we are here and not in turkey, we will never forgive ourselves! is £3000 really too little ?????? the woman stated that over the term the contributions including equity and assets etc would mount to £17000! our original debt was only £27000. plus we have got a valuation coming this friday, im 100% certain there is no equity in our property. Should i still forward this offer of £3000 or is it a complete waste of time ???? please any advice would be treasured xx

If that is all you can afford ring them back and tell them you want to make the offer at the end of the day it is up to your creditors not the IP as to whether your offer is accepted or not, just be polite and make sure you tell them absolutely everything

http://www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk/fip1/

Pop your IP's details in there and find an email address for him/her and write direct to them, that's what I would do.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Freeman Jones do have representatives who occasionally post on the forum, so hopefully one of them will pick up your posting and try to deal with the issues you have raised about their collegues.

It doesn't look like either of them have logged on today unfortunately.
