I notice that Melanie said that they only need 17 days notice of a meeting, is this 17 working days or just 17 inc weekends.

Thanks again

I haveto say that when I varied my IVA I had to give 28days notice and that included week ends. It could be that Melanie may on her IVA paperwork use 14 days which is standard legal commercial notice and that would exclude week ends!

Hi no money eva

I believe that creditors need to be given 14-28 days notice before a creditors meeting happens.
If in doubt give Angela a ring at Melanies office and she will clarify for you[:)]
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes

Thanks Melanie, I should have my meeting by the end of the month in that case, I hope so anyway, I want it to be before my birthday on the 8/4 whichever way it may go.

Thanks again for your replies.
