Depends on how far away the IP is. If it can be sorted by email or a phone call, this has to be preferable.

Yup I have demanded to speak to them but I must be unlucky because they are either on lunch, not working or on the phone and will call me back. I have asked for someone who can work later hours so that its more convenient but I was told no.

I know I hve no control but I want a reduction in the fees I am pying them since they aren't doing much for their money

If you put your IP name in then it should come up with an address for him/her.

If there any problems then just try putting in the company and see what that comes up with.

Yeh I searched under the company name only one guy's name came up. Typical - there website is also down for maintenance! Grr

I am going to write an email and than send it in and state that I want someone to contact me or respond with solutions to my issues within 14 days or I will put in an official complaint - that might put a rocket up their arse

Thanks Broke

This is what I have tried to say to them that they should never have assumed that the money was a given. I know I have asked previously for my payments to be reduced as I could not cope and this was accepted via a creditors meeting - what I do not understand is why did no-one then tell me that by doing so I would not meet my dividend?? Obviously I have since gained better employment and increased my payments but its too late really. I don't want to have my IVA extended because I cannot suddenly magic up £6k to make up the short fall and my parents are no longer able to offer me anything either. :o( stupid company for putting me in this situation! How can it be right!!!!!

Hi,

If your contract doesn't require a lump sum F&F then you are under no obligation to offer one and it shouldn't affect how your iva is managed. It doesn't matter what an informal note on their files says. I'd be throwing my toys around by now so you're being very nice! Insist on speaking to your IP now until this is resolved to your satisfaction. I feel for you xx

Update: Well after sending in my email listing all my issues and stating that I want a response with clear solutions to them within 14 days otherwise I would make a formal complaint to the appropriate authorising body I have magically had an email within hours saying they will address all my issues within 7 days.

I was wondering that since they messed up by assuming I would make a F&F at the end (there is no contractual requirement for me to do this) and therefore have not adviesd me properly that I would not meet my dividend payment whether I can hold them to account and have them absorb this cost themselves or have some of my fees to be waived? I do not see why I should be made to have to extend my IVA and I am unable to double my payments which is what I would have to do in order to complete on time

Glad you got a response LilMissTrouble and hopefully you can get closure soon.

No idea as to whether you can take issue with your company.

Hopefully one of the experts can help.

I finally heard back today from the supervisor. They told me they acknowledge there has been difficulty in communications but are still standing by the fact the notice will sty on my file as remedied. So if they know and accept there have been problems with communication how can they do this.

I feel so sick and disgusted that I send in my paperwork on time but because it is not put on my file I get this notice and won't take it off.

Does this notice on ym file have any bearing on my IVA in terms of once I have finished?

Kingsgate

I emailed them back to say I am not satisfied with their response to my request about the notice of breach being noted as issued in error
