Stick to the other option...as long as you are paying some each week/month off the overdraft i cant see them being able to do much.

Its shocking to hear that you told them you were in an IVA and they still offered you a loan to pay off you overdraft. You may have to take the money out of you housekeeping or contingency fund each month.
