Yes, Chris G. is right, once you have set up your IVA it does not matter where you move to, if you stop paying it you could still be made bankrupt in England and Wales.

If you can't afford your payments once the mortgage rate increases, talk to the people that set up your IVA, they may be able to reduce the payments if the creditors agree.
