Hi pnn

Sorry to hear your news, best of luck for next time.
Never feel ashamed, life is one big lesson, to learn you have to make some mistakes as so many of us have! I know I personally have had a great deal of help making my mistakes by my creditors!!!!

There is already so many of us who have woken up and pulled our heads out of the sand and are attempting to put right their mistakes, just think how many people are still in the dark and think things are ok??!!

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!! [:)]
THE ONLY WAY IS UP :-)

hi pnn welcome to the forum, i am one of the unlucky ones who's iva was rejected and i am now going bankrupt, but there are many of us out there who had the first one rejected and appears to be the norm at the minute, the one thing i would say to you melanie wouldn;t have taken your case on if she wasn't confident that it was going to be accepted she has a very high success rate so don;t worry you are in good hands.
you have taken your head out of the sand, and should be commended for doing something about it
good luck
kerri

Hi
If Melanie is taking on your case then this is a huge plus for you,and your creditors.
As Kerri states she would not take on your case if she did not feel that you had a VERY good chance of success.
Good luck and keep posting
