I have just read in the paper that the Goverment may basically write of the £30million it as given NR as they admit they wont get it all back.

If this was the case for any of us in, we would be made bankcrupt.

I am sure for 1 million if the goverment gave it all to us we could all pay of our IVAS early i think we need the money more than NR.

So why is it the Goverment will help NR out but not us, the people that pay the taxes

no matter how bad money gets, theirs stll alot more important things in life

How about the IVA's NR are rejecting thereby forcing some people to file for Bankruptcy.

Ok before some one comes back a say NR recon only 10% of the people who have rejected IVA's file for Bankruptcy. My feelings go out to the 10%.

I also feel for the 90% as well as they are proberly still stuggling to meet commitments and getting further in debt just because they cannot face the prospect of Bankrutcy.

I wounder if I can ask for my money back of NR, pity I cannot prove they owe me £750 as I would file a winding up order.

Can't help feeling that if all these companies behaved in a more responsible way maybe most of us would not be in the situation we are in now. How many of us took out credit cards, etc at low interest rates to find them at 16.9% within a year. Or loans where the payment protection is in the thousands. If building societies did not lend huge amounts the property prices would probably not have gone through the roof and everything would be more stable. Disgusting that they should reject an IVA.

Dont mention Payment protection.

What a money spinner that one is for the lender,

Any one with a payment protection policy should check that the cover is relavant to there situation, for example if you are self employed and have redundency cover you may be able to claim a refund if you miss sold the cover.

If you feel that you have PPI and it it was miss sold just write to the company and say i have cover and was sold it. You do not have to prove you were miss sold it they have to prove that they sold it to you correctly.

There is a lot of trouble with PPI at the moment
