Hello tinytori

It would be very difficult to accomodate this in an IVA without the creditors agreeing to it as a variation.

The circumstances will be rare in which a commercial proposal can be put to creditors where you become a student AND still acheive the objectives of the IVA but I do have one case like this where it could be demonstrated that the studying would result in higher earnings within the IVA and therefore would probably result in a better return to creditors.

So there is always hope.

Yes I have a similar case, but there were very good reasons for this and a definate job offer of higher earnings during the final two years. As Catullus says these are very much the exception rather than the rule, and if the studying is important to you maybe the IVA has to go!
