It is nice to know you are no longer on the register - now you can get to work on ensuring your credit files are correct !

BEING OF THE REGISTER DOESNT MEAN BEING OF THE CREIDT FILE DOES IT??, SO WHAT DIFFERENCE IS IT COMING OF THE REGISTER SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN, BUT I AM NOT COMPLAINING THOUGH, COMING OFF A REGISTER CAN NEVER BE A BAD THING
As well as it no longer being public, the insolvency service will mark your credit file as IVA Completed. Then the IVA will come off your credit file after the 6 year mark.

Without the IVA marked as completed, it could remain on your credit file for longer than 6 years.
We're willing to wipe the slate clean, give you a fresh start. All that we're asking in return is your cooperation.
