Yes it was accepted and paid my payment just now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hooray!!!!!!!!!!!! Feel so good right now and such a relief!!!!! Just hope the certificate of closure comes through quickly. Anyone know how quickly they are sent out...was told by the advisor taking payment it can take 6-8 months but she mentioned that PPI is the biggest issue with closure certs. Do you guys think because I have signed a Deed of Assignment waivering any right over any PPI it will speed up the process??

Great news Jerry -- well done !

Yes, the DoA you have executed will help, a lot will depend upon how quickly your creditors finalise their claims, and how robust your IP is in keeping the momentum going.

Thanks Foggy. Is Debt Free Direct pretty on top of things do you know? I hope it happens soon. I just want to be completely free of this as it should have ended in June this year but was extended by 2 years due to a pay cut at work and lack of equity in my property.

I've received my Certificate of NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF VOLUNTARY ARRANGEMENT!!!!

so it's finally all over!!!!!!! Feel so relieved and can get on with my life. Thank you so much for everybody's advice...it is very much appreciated!!! And to anyone out there who is able to offer a full and final I would advise to do it if you can.

Now just need to wait until June 2014 for my credit file to hopefully be wiped clean!!! Can anyone advise on how to make sure that it is completely removed from my credit file?
