Thats the sort of info that we need, this forum quite rightly has the horror stories on but I want to try and mix it up with positives and naming companies used will make this site fully transparant to all.
The quality of your IP and the way the proposal is put forward is so important.

More good stuff then from me.

17 creditors joint iva with husband £52,000[ although separate in their own right there ius one payment o £442 a month. Offered 32p in the pound accepted first time 78% of votes. Company used was Freeman Jones cant fault them, changed my bank ac on the first phone call to them, ( think banking is a part of Gregroy pennington which is a sister company) supportive when creditors being rotten, always avaliable ,if not always rang back that day took less than seven weeks from start to finish. Phone call withuin ten minutes of the end of the meeting, good income and expenditure. Couldnt fault them. Life is ten times better, before managed to pay but suffered dreadfully ourselves to do it.

I am 1year 2months into my IVA now and from start to finish it took about six weeks. I am with a company called FA Simms & Co who in my opinion are quite good. They set realistic expenditures for me and I got to keep all my pensions, sky, broadband etc I am currently paying 33p in the £, £300 pm and though it is very hard, it is better than the £700 I used to pay before which were all minimum payments
