hi all i have been told to put my offer in writing to my ip to finish early with a lump sum she has told me she needs to check claims etc etc??? what i am wanting to know is how to word the letter do i go through all that i have paid and the reasons etc etc and will my letter be the one that the creditors will recieve from my ip?

does the claims bit mean that if some arnt in the final payment could be less so say i had a creditor that was 15k for example and they never claimed could someone enlighten me please i have been in an iva over 2 years i would have thought claims would be sorted ????.

Your IP really needs to confirm the level of creditor claims before any settlement figure can be worked out. She will then need to formulate a report to your creditors confirming the basis of the offer - which you need to submit in writing. I suggest you ask her to provide you with a settlement figure based upon achieving the original dividend pledged - and to send you this in writing.
