Went into the court, waiting 3rd in line at the counter. All very nice and polite. Forms were checked through, then she went to the Judge. After about 15 minutes, the lady came through and said that the Judge wanted to see me !! ARGHH, why me, he hadnt asked to see the previous 2...

It turned out that all he wanted to do was the make sure I understood the implications of being a Director and managing a business, and the effect that BR had on this. I agreed I understood.

That was it. Just waiting for a telephone call today from the OR to check a few things and arrange the telephone interview.

As everyone says, it isnt half as bad as you imagine it might be once you are there. Still, at least it is now done, and the next hurdle will be the OR interview.

thanks for all your support.

Glad everything went ok. Good luck with the next bit, I found the big OR interview worse than going to actual court.

Glad it went well but watch out for the payments orders as we are discussing on the other thread!

Glad it all went well Andy. Try not to worry too much about the OR interview - it was nowhere near as bad as I was expecting.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Good news Andy ... your 'journey' seems to have been a quick one from your initial postings to today's events. I would imagine that it must be a relief for you.

Thanks a MILLION to all.

It appears to have been a quick journey, but I have thinking about this for a LONG time.

I really think that this site has been pivotal in my choices. I thought I had made my mind up, but with you all, I really made my mind up and decided to grab the bull by the horns.

I hope I cn give back to some what I have gained from here.

Have a great weekend

Andymac
