That happened on one of my cases a few weeks ago, and with the number of cases currently being put before creditors it is perhaps accepted that occasionally something might go astray. The representative for NR was very courteous in dealing with this issue, but I must admit I had turned the office upside down, including most of my staff, to find the proxy which had never been sent!
