Just tell him the truth Quark. I am sure that there will be no problem in taking a payment break for this when the time comes. You'll then just have to make slightly higher payments until the arrears are paid off, or tag it on to the end.

I take it you won't have to move out of your old place before moving into the new one?

I would just ring him and explain everything to him Quark. You can mention the increase in rent, but just tell him that you don't yet know what that will be and will inform them nearer the time.

Can you knock the capitals off Quark - you're shouting!!!!![:D][:D]

Oh my goodness, what a pickle, ok so i have my 2 months payment break, just need to submit all the info from the NHS Trust and Housing Association, it will be a tricky transition, but all i need is that deposit etc, before 27th March,and hopefully things will be fine, i may find i have a somewhat slimmer IVA in the future, but i don't mind at all if she in lenghthened in duration, as i have said loads of times as soon as that payment is made every month, i stand just that little bit taller. phiew !!!

I just smoked a cigarette in about 1 minute flat, have soaked the rest and shoved them in the bin, urgh.The IP was very reassuring, and i made it clear that that IVA failure wasn't an option.I just need to move in and get settled, this has been 5 years in the making, and the new homes look fabulous, i've requested the cheapest for obvious reasons, oh i can't wait, safe, secure, no mice eating my clothes or running over me in the night, making me scream like a hula girl !!!! #13;#10;

You won't know you're born Quark! The place you are in now sounds like something out of a Dickens novel!
