There, how embarrassing is that, i'm a bit of shock, i thought it might have overdone it on the power plates at the gym, but the ultrasound says no. At least it's not cancer, which i was worries about, but still, they are going to be looking at my heart very soon aswell. IVA stress, who needs it. Oh effing god !!! i'm crapping it chaps

Quark, stop thinking about it. Think of good things. You will be fine. We will all send good vibes and you will breeze through this. See I always say, no matter how crap it is for you there is always someone else with a bigger load. I will keep thinking happy thoughts for you. You just have to think "I am fine, I am healthy and hearty" [:)] Sorry about the pun! but I truly mean all the best. Hope there are some sexy nurses about to cheer you up.

Quark,I hope you are in bed resting prior to tomorrow's surgery. Stent's are commonly used these days and I hope you will feel/notice a difference. Try not to worry about it(easier said than done),we will all be thinking about you.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Quark, sorry to hear about your problems. I was only thinking about you today as I hadn't seen you on here for a while.

I have my fingers and everything else crossed for tomorrow.

Big hug coming from me.
