When I spoke to my new employers, they said that they'd need a certificate of satisfaction before they could resume my application. I spoke to W3 today and they said that they'd issue me with a certificate of completion on Friday, but that the 'final report' wouldn't be available for 21 days.

Now, are the certificate of completion and satisfaction the same thing?

If so - [:D]

Don't worry about that - whilst these documents are usually issued simultaneously, they don't have to be and if all you need is the Certificate then ensure they get it to you asap.

OK, but is it the certificate of completion or satisfaction? W3 talked about one of completion and then the 'final report.' I'm assuming I only need the certificate of whatever-it's-called!
