Lesley, you must connect with some kind of music whether it's pop, rock, opera, whatever takes your fancy.

Julie - what are you like!

I'm into rock mostly - have a DAB radio at work (bought on the plastic of course) and listen to Planet Rock all the time.

Loathe opera, don't mind some pop. Hate dance and hip-hop but don't mind the occasional rap track.

Hubby loves The Beatles and Stones and anything from the 60's. He loves ABBA as well.

I don't mind 60's music, not overly fussed with the 70's, loved the 80's and 90's.

I'm getting into the Foo Fighters and Muse at the moment and I love Joe Bonamassa (blues). He's brilliant!

Went to see Madam Butterfly a few years ago, wasn't too painfull but at least I can say I've been to an opera. Next on the adjenda is a ballet, just so I can say I've seen one. Don't think the likes of Glastonbury appeals to me, all that mud and foul weather and lack of home comforts, if you know what I mean!!

Andy I can honestly say I'm useless with music and my husband will agree. I connect people with music, i.e my eldest son - Marilyn Manson etc., but for myself nothing.

I couldn't do a festival, even though daughter offered to pay for Download for me this year. I'd love to see AC/DC and Aerosmith but three days of roughing it with chemical toilets just doesn't do it for me!

The only opera I like is Carmen and that's because I've seen the film and understand the story!

I do like ballet, not modern though. Hubby doesn't so I'm a bit stuffed for going to see any!
