You'll be fine lem - the proposal will be with you before you know it.

OT - you are very naughty! I will set Mrs Torch on you if you are not careful!

Lem - nothing wrong with 15p in the £ if that is all you can afford. I shall review the papers shortly and we will have another chat.

I think it is more about what you can afford to pay back rather than the dividend at the end of the day. bearing in mind that the monthly payment may well go up over the years anyway thus increasing the dividend anyway.

So long as your offering the best you can afford, trust your IP. I doubt very much they would bother putting it forward if they did not think it would be accepted.

Also if your creditors are going to get more back through the iva than in bankruptcy I would think they would jump at accepting it.

I agree with this exactly. To be honest it wasnt until i discovered this Forum which was only a few weeks ago and we're 12 months in to IVA now,i realised the importance of the pence in the Pound!! I was just so glad that it was a "managable" monthly payment..
i'm sure it will be fine.

Hey, just to say, my IVA has been up and running for 15/16 months and it was accepted at 17p in the £

I know it is easier said than done but try not to worry about what the p in the pound is

All the best
