A snowball of finishers. You could say it profoundly changes the way you think and feel about money, well done. And for the stalwarts with just 12 months to go, so nearly there eeekk

A "snowball of finishers" ..... is that the collective term ? Maybe we should adopt it as a spongism :-)
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Thanks again everyone and congrats to all those that have just recieved their closures too. The wine is already flowing. It feels like my birthday. I will investigate my credit files over the weekend.....no doubt I will need some advice on stuff so you won't be getting rid of me. For now I just want to chill :)
IVA finished Oct 2011, CC received 27 April 2012, No longer on Insolvency Register 01 May 2012. Jan 2013 - all Credit Files squeaky clean :)

well done ladybird

out of interest, when did you make your last payment ie how long did your certificate take to come through

Im with DFD; last payment made 2 weeks ago today so whilst im over the moon, im reckoning 3-6 months before certificate arrives

well done again
Last payment made April 2012
Certificate received 1st Nov 2012

Many congratulations Ladybird, love that name as it's a favourite insect of mine too, 12 months to go i sure hope that DFD have got themselves sorted re PPI and also the VAT issues and it doesn't take 3/6 months to send you that payment, i'm also with them but don't finish mine until September of this year and i would like that all important certificate before the end of the year so that i can move on and get on with my life. xxxx
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

Thanks Orchid5, I might be a bird but a lady is debatable (lol)! End of Oct final payment to end of April CC so it does look like GT are delivering 6 months on the nose in best case scenario. Not seen anyone who has received it earlier from GT.
