IVA went through 1st time today. Don't know who voted or not but I've done it.

Had MBNA and HSBC as creditors and was only offering 35p so maybe there's hope for everyone (or they didn't bother voting). Nice thing will be telling them when their collections departments phone (which I'm sure they will).

Under no illusions that this is just the start of things and it certainly won't be easy but at least I've got my foot on the first step of the ladder.

Will still be logging on regularly and might start a blog on my experiences.

Good luck to everyone else.

Well done Hunter, great news, I bet you are over the moon.
Sorry to hear about your rejection, j_d, a lot of people seem to be having a problem with NR at the moment, good luck in whatever you decide to do

Cheers, Mark.

IVA accepted, so 60 months to go!!

My one bit of advice, if I can do it, so can you!

Just to let people know I used Thomas Charles for the initial work and Accuma are my IP.

Both excellent and would recommend them.

Congratulations Hunter - you can now relax a little and look forward to a steady future and a few good nights sleep! Wont it be nice to have the upperhand next time the collection centres call?! I'm sweating on my own proposal right now, as Im still awaiting to hear if its been accepted or not!!
